HOMEOur online shop is a tribute to Mexican design. We produce Limited Edition items., as a reinterpretation of 1950s style.We are a manufacturer of "Silla Acapulco / Acapulco Chair". Crafted entirely by hand in our workshop a few km. outside Acapulco. Devoted to sustainability; this workshop was designed as a tool for positive social change. We are socially and environmentally responsible in the way they we source, manufacture, market our products and run our office.We are committed to developing and employing extraordinary practices that benefit workers, customers, communities, and the environment. "Silla Acapulco"The "Silla Acapulco" , commonly known as "Acapulco Chair" was designed in Acapulco, Mexico circa 1950. The author remains unknown. Made with an iron frame and vinyl cord , it was inspired by the Mayan weaving tecnique. Each chair is unique, as each piece is entirely crafted by hand in our workshop a few km. outside of Acapulco; ensuring that each piece gets its charm, esprit; and most important, character. TERMSTerms and Conditions:We are devoted to quality. Therefore we would like to explain that all our chairs are unique as they are carefully produced and entirely crafted by hand in our workshop a few km. outside of Acapulco; ensuring that each piece gets its charm and esprit and most important, character.We do wholesale as well as selling directly to our end customers. But we do not have stores, as we are Internet based. Our showroom and office is located in Colonia Condesa, Mexico City. Each chair can be customized by you. We ask for a one week in advance notice before payment, with the colour combination of your choice (cord and frame). Once ready, you will receive an email with our bank account number and full payment will be asked. Once the bank transfer is in, we will immediately dispatch your order and send you a confirmation email. All quoted prices are in US Dollars included packaging and taxes, but do not include the shipping costs. A forwarding agency will deliver the insured shipment within approximately two weeks. The distribution of all products occur from our office in Mexico City to any city in the world at any given address of delivery. Shipping & Returns: When the shipment is delivered to you please check it for any visible small or big external damages and complain those immediately to the postman. Otherwise it will be very complicated for us to receive a reclaim from the forwarding agency. The customer can choose his preferred transportation supplier.Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and within 15 workdays. All items must be returned unused and in a saleable condition. If the product returned is not in fully re-saleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. Where a product is faulty or misdescribed we will refund you the original delivery charge but not when a product is simply unwanted. Also we recommend to take care in repacking the products, if we receive items that broke on the transport back to us you have to reclaim from the forwarding agency. Please note also that we can only do refunds on items we received back. We cannot be held responsible for packages that have been lost by the forwarding agency so in your own interest send returns always as insured parcel. We cannot cancel an order or change a delivery address once the parcel has been dispatched.Privacy & SecurityWe are committed to maintaining your privacy, we will treat any personal information you provide to us as confidential. Under no circumstances will we trade or sell your customer details.We ask for your name, telephone number, address and email address . Which use is to fulfill any order and to communicate with you when necessary.We want you to be completely satisfied with our service and our products.
